Woodstock, Georgia

Woodstock listing

The film is one tour cut from a single visit. It opens on the front elevation and pulls back to put the house on its lot and its road, then goes inside for the kitchen, the living room and its stacked stone fireplace, the master bedroom and bath, and the second kitchen at the bar. The last stretch is the back yard, where the pool, the deck, and the screened porch read in one move.

The reel is the vertical cut of the same shoot, framed for a phone. It runs eighteen seconds and leads with what someone scrolling would want first: the gas cooktop and the island, the pool from directly overhead, then the yard with its deck, its patio, and the new drive.

Media shown: 2 films and 7 photos.
